If you are faced with a problem or a difficulty that definitely means it’s not a routine concern, so when something pops up away from the daily firefighting we have to stop, review, analyze, understand and work through different option that we did not look into before the problem arose. These problem and difficulties give us as professionals a chance to get the best of our experience together and resolve the matter at hand. This gives insight to something new we just discovered while looking for a solution in turn giving us several opportunities to rediscover new ideas that could further improve a process, procedure, policy etc etc .
