Do you agree "Filipinos are arguably one of the most patient and hardworking people in the world" ?

In my experience working with 

  find they are more keen to work, learning and innovation that is new and more dealings with modern equipment

In the United States, the most hard working people are Mexicans. While Filipinos hold teaching and hospital jobs (nurses and blood techs), there are many other groups who are just as hard working. However being in KSA for the past few months Ive come to see that ALL foreigners (non-Saudi's)  are hard working people.
