I set sales targets based solely on historical data without considering current market trends. I do not adjust strategies during market changes, which often leads to inconsistent performance. I establish sales targets through random estimations and assume the team can adapt without guidance. I rarely review performance or adjust strategies, resulting in frequent performance issues. I set sales targets by guessing market conditions and expect the team to meet these targets without any regular progress reviews.
