is communication with employers have been really active,have you come across an employer joining a discussion or giving their opinion,so from marketing point of view we are not reaching our target employers,we are just making noise and nobody knows we are there. if the way i market myself now is how i do marketing in real life then i am by no means a marketer,don't you agree? we need recommendation ,what should be done to invite employers to actively participate and give and share their opinions.

the problem with online recruiting web portals it is like a supermarket , the items are sown on shelves but the customer always pic up the famous item ,and if the items are all unknown the customer will buy the beautiful ones despite there is better , the online webs are the comany online offices , if I visit a company looking for product or service I should leave with the right selection,reality is always better than reports ,I'M sure when the employer select 10 persons for an interview there are another better ten were neglected.
