Yes I do, in my job and personal life too.

For my work to do list I make amonthly, weekly and daily to do list. it helps me managing time, know what I have to achieve and where I stand currently.

Well this is how it goes:

1. Tasks - Small day to day jobs that all businesses perform.

2. Goals - This is what your aim is in the short run on the basis of which your tasks should be directed.

3. Strategy - The combination of various goals from all the departments must meet a strategy. It maybe a5 year plan to improve market share or to expand new product lines and so on.

 

Keeping the above structure in mind the answer to your question is Yes. It is helpful always to keep a plan and a to-do list. This way you can stay very well organized and you can know where you are headed.

 

Having a well laid out of list of activities to do is beneficial. It may allow you to prioritize your work, to manage your time and to get the big picture.

Yess its the best way one can manage his time. You Cant just wake up like a dumb person and dont know what you have to do .To progress in life you have to manage time and these are some of the ways which helps in utilising the time in effective and efficient manner.
