If your company is assigning a new project would you prefer handling it alone or you would prefer to have a team work ?

This depends on the type, size and complexity of the project and what is the expected outcome (deliverable) and what it takes to be delivered.

If this considered a mini size  or even micro-size project within my individual (single person) capabilities, then yes I would prefer to do it all alone by myself !If it requires a team of people, then the only wise thing to do is to ask for a team of people to be in charge of executing the project and ensusring the deliverables will be made !
