As Amer Sir has said I completly agree I want to ellaborate the future is uncertain and there are opportunities and challenges in the market. Competition has become fierce and its survival of the fittest. Organisations cant just sit and watch they have to plan the strategies in order to overcome the threats, small threats are necessary as it helps in developing the organisation by taking new initiatives ,adopting new technologies etc one cant be just a mere spectator. So threats are necessary in order to strengthen ones competitveness.

If organisations become complacent and think they wont get affected it will be a disaster for them I would like to give examples of NOKIA, DAEWOO etc .So dont wait for the high floods that can completley wash out you from the market . Companies have to be vigilant and proactive in their Approach.
