Even i do helping and supporting them they keep bothering me Regards Hussam A Mahmood Compliance Officer
Step1: Ask for a Meeting.
Step2: Conduct the Meeting.
Step3: Develop a Plan for the Future.
Step4: Escalate If Necessary.
If disrespect and rudeness from a coworker is a problem for you, be proactive and use the four-step process above. Fretting about coworkers is stressful, a waste of your time, and unproductive. Your time is better spent focusing on your work and your customers.
Dear Elsadiq & alqahtani,
Believe me i tried each possiple to solve these issues but nothing works till today i talked to my boss tin this regard but even no solution by his side..
What to do.??
As we all know jealousy is not healthy always but could harm also the workplace relationships and affects work, so below are some guidance’s on how to deal jealousy behaviours:
- Approach you colleague individually and talk to them openly & honestly about what you feel and let them to know that you are looking to build healthy relationship with all employees with respect.
- Always be polite with your colleagues and coworkers and never remark any personal issues in workplace
- Always preface things with your understanding that teamwork is the key to success and that you are looking to make team work in your company because you know that leveraging this will contribute to corporate success, this way it shows that you have tried to resolve this yourself and given people a chance to choose positive change before escalating as you know that you have tried and if the behaviour continues are now aware that the resolution is beyond you.
- Don't take too long to approach higher ups and the higher ups know how to protect good employees, talk to your boss and approach HR at the same time seeking for their help & support.
Good Luck.
Treet them as you would like them to treet you. Be a better man and if they still bothering you and you tried every thing at that time keep the relationship profational .
most important don't let them feel that they are bothering you and by time they will stop
