I guess you need to have an impressive C.V, relevant experience and good online presentation.... You can't just upload your C.V. to any website and just set back and wait for the magic to happen, in order to get a specific job you got to personalize your C.V. for the company and for the position you have in mind, it needs a lot of effort on your part as well, be patient and never stop trying, it's a very very competitive market and you need to stand out in a sea of -highly qualified- candidates.
dont rely on Bayt or other sites, even if you have attractive profile/CV
try to contact people, friends, connections, etc. that would be much better

Other than online portals for job like Bayt.com , Naukri, Monster etc I think if you have some one at UAE pass your resume to him/her and if still things dont work out take a visit VISA and stay there atleast for1 month and find jobs and attend interview surely you will find your dream job or atleast a job near to your expectations
