Dear Mr. Qureshi it can be for the large size organization not for the small size and SMEs.
Mr. Sami, as far as HR operations are concern then you might go for it and this what the organizations are doin and esp the large scale but i am not in favor of totally out-sourcing the HR. Reason being the BPO firm could never understands the organization culture and its employee psyche which could be better done by In-house HR reps. Doing out-sourcing the HR is just like having ice-cream without sweet. You may eat it but could not enjoy it in true essence.
IT IS BENEFICIAL TO THE COMPANY FOR SHORT RUN, BUT IN MY VIEW OUTSOURCED EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BIND THEMSELVES WITH THE COMPANY, SO IN LONG RUN DIRECT RECRUITMENT WILL BE MORE BENEFICIAL TO THE COMPANY
Agreed with Mr. Ibrahim Ali, as for as short run out-sourced will help but if the same assignment is for long term company must have to direct hire its staff so that they can take care of much better than the out-sourced staff.
dear i perfere that company has got for change management for certain projects and hire project related professiionla teams how strictly follow the company's compliance and trained your people with completing the project and there should be gradual mid term or anual audits and crash courses for the human resource but complately outsourcing will be wastage of every thing
