Stress is common among more or less in professional, there are some stressors which are beyond our control like geo-political conditions which create stress. Though, stress at work-place could be manage effectively by studying those factors. For me the long working hours with multiple working demands ask to have very energetic working which consume energy level.
The common stressor at wrok are neck and back pain and this could be managed via proper sitting posture and takng few short breaks after around2 hours. Move the eyes towards greenry and soft side so our eyes get soothing factor.
I will take break for Namaz(prayers) which has a postive impact as it consit of few minutes break and re-vitalize me.
