my attitude towards new projects that failed in the past.i should take a more positive attitude,failing once doesn't mean it will fail again.
I would educate people on Time Management Skills & teach them things on Humility,this would not only enhance their working ability and style ,but would keep them in good stead as they grow within an organization
We need to adopt our new environment in any kind and field of jobs. We have to overcome all trials and show our capibility to face our responsibilities in our work.
Continue to learn and pick up the required skills to express a positive attitude to meet the challenges as a team player.

Dear Friend, If changes are to benefit organization then changes are welcome.
We can improve the work enviornment by ammending changes in an employee & employer relation (vice versa).
Strick a work-personal life balance.
Thanks for All professioanls to add their reply, from my side, i would go or suggest for two changes i.e.
1 - Technical Side: being fast pace working style and chnage in technology, organization must adapt the changes as per the requirement and fesability which go for Change Management.
2: On soft side, irrespective of the department/division/role employees must lear the art of respect and top management must ask everyone to adhere this principle. Working in organization having hundreds and thousands of employees with diversity might create differnce of opinion and we must keep it on side being professioanl and deal it accordingly with positively.
