When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.

which mean to not leave your goals for just that you can not achive it by your time compress

I agree with you but not completely,

becasue more work that means more efforts2 make use of time 4 better production

but the negative side of that ,fatigue will affect the quality of the work & the passion of work will back off gradually.

Yes, because doing multi-task to shorten a time means the person is good with time management and has sense of productivity. The only question or probably a caveat is the quality of work given the scenario of multitasking in minimal time possible to complete a task/project.
