CCNA is just the TIP of the Networking Ice Berg, Networking is a Huge Field. But CCNA with practical Hand on experience is usually enough for Basic Network Administration. Should you aspire to make Networking Your Bread and butter, then go for CCNP and Multi Vendor Certifications.
i thenk that cisco cirtification ccna and advenced level ccnp &ccie need to microsoft products to complete network field
I think that CCNA certificate would be great for a beginner network engineer / administrator, but for professionnal CCNP would be perfect for you after a few yeras of service.
No only CCNA is not enough in networking field but this is good certification to get in the networking field. Once you have gotten the job then you can proceed to CCIE. You need some practical experience to move for higher certifications but everybody needs a starting point and that is CCNA for cisco.

it s enough to for entering in the network field but for existing in same field and go for long rum you need to updated your self in that or renew or certified from futher cisco certification that help you for your network side in high peak and you can achieve as much as you can from that .
