NOPE :) but yes i did around dozen of calls to potential candidates to fill in the positions, being a HR student i always read and focus the candidate face while giving them Offer Letter which is the starting point of their career!!!
Yes I recieved a phone call from Bahrain for a construction company but as its not in my experience and line I could not take it up and it was through monster.com I am yet to recieve a call from Bayt.com reference.
