un professional Managers always push you towards the corner. they cannot take the pressure come from above and transfer it with double to sub ordinates. Professional Manager always keep eyes on employees skills , behaviors and capacities. he will try to take pressure and transfer it with wisdom. mostly he solve the problems by himself by considering himself as part of team.

An unprofessional manager allowed to continue will create negative side effects such as: Poor hiring decisions-They might hire individuals informally referred but not properly vetted.
Low Morale- Employees operating under weak leadership feel that there is a lack of vision as far as objectives, practical planning, implementation and division of labor.
High Turnover- Employees with high standards will recognize the lack of vision and feel the weight and effect of poor hiring decisions, uneven distribution of labor, planning and implementation.
Those employees will decide to leave and as a result, the organization as a whole will suffer in decreased productivity, profit and/or loss.

A manager who works under stress is employed to Plan, Organize, Lead & Control efficiently & effectively.
Thus a professional manager makes appropriate decisions that lead to efficient operations & meets the goals = SUCCESS; the failure of the manager in playing his role leads to operating in high cost and to failure in reaching the targets = FAILURE = DISASTER.
