What qualities of design do startups consider most important?

To answer this question, we need to ask marketers, and designers about how they define design.
Startups, this is how design works.
And it’s so much more than that.
It’s a state of mind.
It’s an approach to a problem.
It’s how you’re going to kick your competitor’s ass.
qualities of design for me are as follows.
Innovative, Product Usefulness, Aesthetic, Makes product understandable, Unobtrusive, Honest, Long-lasting, Thorough And Environmentally friendly.

Header footer and Content Body.
If header is describing your site then this is good to read by user.
Site title is most important thing for Header.
Header should be easy and familiar to users.
Content body must be shorter and clear to user, what are they looking for that should be clear in content.
Footer this is just a part of header as, if your footer is not having your privacy, contact us and many things missing.
then user always trying to search and keep it regular till they got their required.
but after that they make an image in their mind this is not a useful site for information.
If site is going on with bad rating must check images and content and information on site.
