Mr. Rami, I will to second Amal views that it’s very innovative way to presenting yourself and to do so one must require to record it with few concern like the quality of video, editing, environment etc and secondly the recruiter is in need of such format. What I believe that such video resumes will work for Media, modeling or showbiz industry where other than qualification physical presence matters.

So far, we or haven’t seen any such video resume in my surrounding, may be in developed countries such practice is in practice.

Video CV is a very innovative and new concept to market our skills, experience and education.

It may be beneficial if companies have the time and inclination to shortlist candidates on their creative and unique marketing skill.

I have seen a few people use this tool, but I wouldn't know if they received more job offer calls because of this tool.

I do not think an amateur video of your resume its going to work better, it might sound innovative but unless you have excellent script and video production this can of video can even make you look mediocre or disappointing, from the very beginning, plus I don't think  HR department can somehow save or file your video in order to let the boss review it.
