Good leaders are those who have large number of followers especially after they pass. I saw good leaders from both genders but I see that the percentage of men is larger than that for women.

Dear,

If you ask me, I will say a 'good leader' is one who 'creates good leaders for future'

There will be no gender differentiation, a person who can visualize, summarize, communicate and convey to the situation and can come up effective solutions to all the situations and can be inspiration could be termed as 'Good Leader'

A good leader is judge by qualities he/she has Ghina. Both would be good leaders if they follow good practices which inspires people to listen to him/her and also worth together and succeed in goal which is assigned.

A leader should listen to all the issues , difficulties and obstacles coming up with proper solution so that everyone can contribute. Should motive people under him /her to march towards success.

The great leader is seen as servant first, and that simple fact is the key to greatness. But their life and faith will be shaped by their dedication to shepherding.

Perfect example of this is Mother. Her leadership is described as "behind the scences". and falls under Art of Leadership that is not visible and therefore not examinable, measurable. Inspirable and all leaders respects. The power of this is evident in it's absence

Shephred Leader is the one who is visible, examinable, measurable and lead from the front and hence falls under Sicence of Leadership and the power of this is evident in it's presence.

Perfect Example is Father, who leads leads from the front visibly.

Both are neither rival nor a substitute. Rather, both are complement each other.

So, women makes better
