Human resource is a functioin deals with people...Every individual has his own problem and own wishlist..! Companies have uniform code for all and its HR managers who need to ensure these things are complied. HR needs to look at a larger picture than individual wish of a person when he deals with the problem. (Policies, Statutory laws, Employee engagement, reducing conflict between peoples, etc). They always look like a probem....but they are doing what they are suppose to do....

Very true. Because:

Mostly, Human Resource department works like a court in an autocratic country.

It works on Human Resources rather than on Human Retaining.

Human Resources people recommend trainings for others but their own knowledge is quite Obsolete.

Finally, they are not that courageous or honest to take courageous and unbiased steps.
