What is the time frame to implement resource ERP?

It primarily depends on complexity of the project.

Other factors are

1. what business functions or business processes need to bring under the umbrella of this ERP deployment.

2. Volume of implementation.

3. Acceptance of different business stakeholders

4. Vendor selection - for ERP product

5. Vendor selection of ERP implementaion and so on.....

It depends on the size of the business and very basically, the sign offs of the projects with the available solutions rather going for new enhancements. Any well planned ERP will be signed off in 6 months with or without post implementation support tasks.

Every project is different from the other but most projects are due in6 months which should be good enough to implement and support some changes so the system would fit with requirements.... after that the support is a different phase.
