Actually, there are two reasons for that, from my prospective:
1- Lack of the technology awareness: most of the fleet manageress and logistics responsible personnel are not (IT) related, mostly they are supply chain managers or mechanical engineers
2- Most of the Telematics service providers in these regions are not (Business Oriented), and their after-sales services kills their business, they only hit and run and not looking forward of sustaining their business.
