to understand what the poet meant by the verse and to keep the rhymes in the translated version

Poem is an art of feelings and imagination, it stimulates imagination and boosts the norms of the communities, uniting them about a common issue related to their culture heritage beleives and customs.
here we have no universal codes I mean common ground, so the translator should be an artistic interpreter of the situation and the idea, understanding the both culture from and to he/she is translating.

The translation of poem is more difficult except for gifted people who themselves are excellent translators and at the same time grasping excellent knowledge of the poem and they like it.
