Do you think that the poems translated from foreign languages lose their poetic characteristics once they are translated into arabic (prose poem)?

هل تظن أن القصائد المترجمة من لغات أجنبية تفقد خصائصها الشعرية لمّا تتم ترجمتها إلى قصيدة النثر العربية؟

Foreign poems do lose some of their poetic characteristics once they are translated into Arabic.
However, the loss is greater the other way around.
That is my humble opinion.

I think that they lose some of their characteristics, but not all and due to the difference between the cultures.
Still some of them considered more beautiful than the local one.
they really enrich our culture after all and contribute to posative cultural interaction
