Do Audit Customers ( auditees) need a"Bill Of Rights" ?

Is there such thing as audit abuse ? Do audit customers need some sort of a bill of rights to protect them ? or are they covered by the existing company policies and regulations? What do you think?

I Think Bill of Right is necessery for the auditees because they have also right to inquire and know about the audit procedings for a Transparent view of Audit of the company's  Book's Of Accounts that's why the Government gives the Civil Rights and Liberties to the Client

Auditee Bill of Rights won’t be a legal document. It will be a list of economic rights from the perspective that the auditee is the customer
