Priority is the key and the best and most reasonable justification for anyone who will audit your performance at work in aiming the time schedule. I mean do it the way to reach the first things first and in parallel try to handle the conflict in the way to change the affected plans and fix the conflict causes.
Deadlines can be conflicting.... But, we can set different goals for the deadline internally so that no conflict occurs. Accordingly plan for resources, actions.
If resources permits, then I'll ask the team to deliver both at the same time but if the conflicting deadline doesn't have the resources needed to deliver it, then informing the product owner and stakeholder is the best route to go and have a concensus which is to deliver first.Otherwise is will be a project disaster, either1 fails to be delivered or worst case both are delivered as half baked... c",)
I will prioritize and if that that doesn'r work I will puch extra resources.
