I never heard or read an empirical research declares immediate positive results of organizational change management process. First, we need to define what immediate is e.g.1 year,3 years,5 years? Second, how huge the change we are discussing. Huge change requires long process to be considered having positive results in overall organization aspects. Some time it is called a journey because adjustments to new desired conditions often by trails and errors.
