If you want to succeed you have to work hard. Hard working should be your first priority and if you combine both hard work and smart work you will be outstanding then. :)
Nops...There is always a room for hard work.Infact it is long lasting.Smart work doesn't last for long.
there is! just dont lose hope. lets keep on working.
actually, there are companies who offers promotion based on Key Result Areas as a measure of perfromance and promtoing people, this is not based on politics and bias promotion. BUt this is based on the actual performance of an employee at the end of the year as the grading period. This kind of performance evaluation is fair and true where every employee are equal.
Smart Work with Hard Work is the best combination for attaining different form of results depending on the requirement.
there's allways room for both but they have different windows of opportunity. Suppose you did all the hardwork to deliver a project but someone is going to take the credit, are you going to allow it? yes/no be smart!
suppose someone has to prove himself to management, are you going to let him do the hardwork? yes/no be smart!
Personally I choose whatever empowers me the most.
Working smartly doesnt mean that you do50% work what is meant by smart working is keeping deadlines in mind as to get quality work you need to work hard and sometimes overtime also but the acheive that perfectness no one will wait and hard work is not seen so if you work smartly with planning, with deadlines, with proper follows and reports its recognized thats why hard work has become smart work
The hard work is the formal way to success. No replacement for it if you decide to be successful man.
There still room for hard working people it just that you have also to coupled it with smart work as that will elevate your status in the company and as you know nowadays in the corporate world you have to be more flexible, competitive and smart so being hardworking indvidual is not enough.
That's not true, although there are some circumstances that saying it becuase of modern technology although we have high tech machine we also need our man power and brain to move the machine. like working in the farm, working in the office cumputer, and there a lot more, not actually replace but make more easier to work.
Yes Smart Work replaced hard work in many works, and acheived better with less money and efforts.
