How do you feel if you think that the top Management freezes your responsibility ?

I feel that position is not mine any moor, injury and undesirable however I should resigne

   

I am not able to utilize my knowledge and experience and they are vesting the powers to non relevent people for nothing, I am in the same position now,

What I will do, I will brain storming and find new idea's to do something new and deal with strategically,

If not successful, I will keep quite and makes presentation of my work in advanced and effective way.

 

Any senior position has both responsibility and authority to achieve the desiered expectations. However, if one of these tools disabled by any fact, then the working mechanism will fall and in this situation it should be reported to the management to fix the error and if there is no response then quitting the job is the suitable action.
