The best ERP is the one which satisfies the following criteria:

Meets your needs.

Provides a positive return on your investment in the ERP. Consider here your totoal cost of ownership.

You have a strong local support for the ERP. The best ERP without a strong support (training, expertise, and customer support) is a waste of valuable resources.

I am experienced in Microsoftdynamics alias Great Plains,not knowing about AXAPTA.MS DYNAMICS is good.But SAP  has intelligence.

Well you have missed Microsoft Dynamics. Nav. That. This is a little below the class of ERP's you have mentinoed but the as per my experience the Time to Implement and the Time to Get ROI is much better in Navsion than any of the other ERP's.

So my bet will be on Microsoft Dyanamics NAV.
