supply chain managere are usually multi tasked people,they understand the whole business process from planning,procurement all the way to after sales service.and they delegate authority with mastery.
Thank you Rami for your response....I just feel that we are missing something here. I totally agree with you about point number1, however, it is a bit of generic for the majority of business trends. As for the second point, I feel it a bit irrelevant to such business segment (sometimes, it is required, but I am more with specialization with more focus on task-oriented theme). SC is almost a day-to-day sort of business unit management, where number3 appears to be non-frequent task-objective performance.....Anywaya, I am glad to have your answer to my question and looking forward to further SC-related discussions in the future......Thanks again
