The greatest of my successes in my career is the love of people I work with them, from managers to reach even the youngest employees.

The staff is young and I care more than managers :))

My first job was registration manager of pharmaceutical products in a developing company. Before, there was no such position in this company( the research and develpment manager  was responsible of that). I arranged the old files and designed new ways so everything became clear and taken care of . Even I took care of a lot of forgotten things.
