According to my Experience Google Analytics is the best , because you are tracking your Keywords from Google and Google can provide you better and exact result as compared to other third party tools. If you are planning to use other paid tools try Google analytics paid version. They also have paid version. There are a lot of other third party analytics tools like
opentracker
w3counter
footprintlive
getclicky ( Also Good one after GA)
Woopra
Zedo
And many more. The third party analytics tools are only better in Fancy Graphical reports:)

Hello Farhan Kamal,
Greetings!
Other than Google Analytics, I would recommend 'Free Monitor for Google'
It's a Open Source tool. Free Monitor for Google is a free search engine position software designed for SEO specialists and webmasters. With it, you can find a position of your web site in Google Top for popular keywords and get more traffic from Google by focusing you SEO efforts. Google Monitor sends a query to Google and shows you a position of your site by your target keywords and also how well your competitors are doing. It keeps statistics for several URLs and several lists of keywords.
It is more User Friendly and Easy.

Hello Farhan,
So far, Google Analytics is considered to be the best analytics tool due to measuring performance, conversions and demographics. However, this depends on what other types of analytics you would like to see. For example, URL shortening services like Bit.Ly and goo.gl are services that help you monitor the activity and clicks of shortened links. There are also other monitoring services such HootSuite, or Tweetdeck that can help you measure and monitor social media activities. Can you provide what type of data you would like to see? I am sure there are lots of professionals who can also help. Good luck.

Sorry to be the spoiler of the party guys, but I see a lot of focus on the SEO- Web Analytics angle here. However, that's just a very small part of what analytics can/ could deliver. Which is why many serious online players usually use Google in addition to others, for who analytics is the bread and butter of the company. I'm sure you've heard of Omniture. On many counts this paid analytics solution is better than what Google provides. Especially in e-commerce sites or those that have a mix of Social + e-commerce environments to users, the insights (and report customisation) to track set goals whether - engagement, conversion, journey drop-rates etc. performance success metrics are better explored/ exposed here.
Dear Farhan Kamal
for SEO specialists there is another tool from seomoz.org
it's a very good tool
i recommend this tool for you if you will use it to monitor SEO activities
Best Regards
