There is a fine line between wishful thinking, day dreaming and passion.

Wishful thinking is when you desire something that just can't be. Its like saying you want to be superman.

Day dreaming is an important part in being successful but sometimes people make this land their home. Day dreaming and visualizing is thinking in your mind's eye how it would be to make your dreams a reality.

Passion is something that you love to do so much that it makes you happy. Its something that when you do you feel like you're just playing and being creative. Passion is something that keeps you up all night. Passionate people are musicians, artists, designers and so on. Remember one thing:

“Find something you love to do so much, you can’t wait for the sun to rise to do it all over again.”

Thats what passion is all about.

At the age of12 I realized that I am passionate about music. I spent7 hours every single day for the next7 years and did self-study on the guitar and the piano. Upon the end of7 years I mastered both the instruments in and out. For the next2 years I spent literally12 hours a day learning about music production and audio engineering. Again self-study. Upon completion I convereted all this passion to music that is now bring me $5k a month and being used in TV commercials. :-) I spent20 hours a month on producing music and it earns me $5. My full time job only gets me $4k. Haha. That's how it is. :-)

Yes, I am not in a position / place what I dreamed as a kid. My dream was to become a Doctor to help the distress people.  But, the dream does not always materialize what I thought to be. In such aspect, you need the blessing of Almighty. Later, I joined altogether in opposite track (i.e. Defense) of my dream. However, I was fully contented with my challenging profession and did brilliant performance in my profession. So, I am happy.
