The word "Charisma" is from the ancient Greek and means talent or gift from God.
Charisma is the ability to positively influence others by communicating with them intellectually and emotionally. People feel comfortable and reassuring to the charismatic persons and open their hearts to them and trust them.
For a certain extent it’s a gift of GOD, charisma is inherent, and the way he brought up.
I think the charisma is an innate talent which is part of the people's personality. This natural talent can captivate others and it's always connected with success. But from the religious point of view Charisma is a God's gift.

Charisma is a personality trait that is actually quite difficult to define, because no one is exactly sure what it really entails. Someone who is described as “charismatic” is generally viewed as having a very charming, persuasive personality, and often it's viewed as an almost supernatural trait, with such individuals being remarkably skilled communicators who can often be quite convincing.
Someone with charisma has a personality that is almost magnetic, paired with superb communication skills. When people associate with someone who possesses this trait, they often have a feeling of well being, contentment, and security that makes them happy to follow the individual. Charisma allows someone to connect with many people on a personal level, paying attention to small details to make them feel more comfortable and to establish a personal connection that could be used later.
Charisma is something born with you. Not something that could be cultivated in the time. It is a rare personal quality attributed to leaders who arouse fervent popular devotion and enthusiasm. It's a personal magnetism or charm. Charisma is some sort of being "interesting" in a way you can influence others with ease. Charismatic people are often ones who are famous. Personality traits of someone who has Charisma are probably being happy or cheerful, friendly, sociable and they will strike you as appealing. To have charisma it must be embedded in you, but you may still have to cultivate it in away for it to work at your disposal.
I really believe that charisma is a natural gift for some, but can be learned by many. It is useful for being noticed and having people respect your opinions.
"Wow i admire him, He's so charismatic!" I think it is God gift which is developed and improved by a person in the right direction.
That's a very good question. In fact, it has been debated about quite a lot. The general concensus is that Charisma is an "attractiveness that can inspire devotion in others". It has also been described as a "divinely conferred power or talent"
Personally, I find people that are charismatic are;
The most charismatic person I know is my mom...hehehe
