In a team work, when we approach the outer community, it is "we". When we take responsibiities within it should be "I".. Other wise work will suffer....

It's significant to be a great leader, but the only way you can set yourself apart from the other workers who consider themselves to be "great leaders" is by proving that you aren't afraid to follow. Collaboration has proven to be an ingenious method in thriving companies.
