Certainly. For a better world, "I" should be considered but should not take presedence in any matter.

In a team work, when we approach the outer community, it is "we". When we take responsibiities within it should be "I".. Other wise work will suffer....

We should start always with "We"....when we decide collectively.....

In a team, a group of individuals join together combining an array of skillsets, approaches, and attitudes for the common cause of reaching a goal. That being said, an individual must make personal sacrifices in certain circumstances for the greater good of the team. A company does not excel beyond its competitors because of one great individual, but rather a company excels because it consists of a collective force of great individuals who do not cut each other's throats. It's significant to be a great leader, but the only way you can set yourself apart from the other workers who consider themselves to be "great leaders" is by proving that you aren't afraid to follow. Collaboration has proven to be an ingenious method in thriving companies.
