Why is the shortage of nurses worldwide addressed so poorly?

The shortage of nurses worldwide is answered poorly  due to the following reasons:

a. The  academes  worldwide  produced  massive number of  nurses  annually ,but  they don't have the experience  to fill the requirements for employment. 

b. many of the young generation doesnt t have the patience to work with patient's,  they prefer to  work in other sectors other than health care. 

c. In some countries ,graduate nurses from other countries either were not given due recognition for their competence and skills or

d. some lack the skills and  competence in performing their jobs.

e. bullying in the work place is  also rampant worldwide thus nurses felt  that they are overworked  and under appreciated and underpaid

f. hazard pay and night differentials were either not given or not compensatory to the risk that they were exposed

g.  there were changes  in  terms of values , commitment and dedication on the part of the new generation of nurses
