It depends whether you want to keep your job or not. If you don't want to keep your job, start looking for the next one. Otherwise "act and dont react". A manger is as rude as you decide to see it as such. Keep your interactions to the minimum require to do your job and be careful not to make mistakes.

Be nice to him no matter what and have patience as if we can make him/ her realize his/her approach is wrong we can see positive change.

Its better not to take anything personally when you are in profession. One has to control his emotions and have patience. Its better to focus on job and give the results. No one is going to stay forever in a job. There will be opportunities for everyone so keep working passionatly.

I think its better to understand why he/she behave like this, if it is only for the time being related to work than, need to check ourself for better results, because he/she is there at that position because of qualities and ability.

Personally no manager will be rude if he/she is a manager. else management might has taken a wrong deceision to appoint his/her at that level.

better focus on your task, and let the work speak at your side
