Do you like to work in a team or solo performer? In which role you feel comfortable?

Team work is an enjoyment by its self it leeds to optimal solutions ,every member  will feel content ,and more confidant . It also benefits the less experienced member(s) of the team .

I rather work in a team unless the job at stacke requires otherwise.

i have been a success in leading teams,so i would like to continue leading,mentoring,coaching,motivating and a chieve success.

I am much better in a team.  This will boost your confidence, knowledge, your judgments regarding issues and risks aside that it  boosts your communication skills. 'Brainstorming' is a must do.

It depends upon people's personality.  Many people prefer working in team setting to very few that prefer solo method.  Working in team can bring out diversified ideas and can help in making effective decisions also. There are areas in organization where there are no alternatives to working in team i.e. designing an advertisement campaign etc. Despite these some shortcomings of team based working do exist. 

I feel comfortable to work with team as a team leader. Team helps me to produce new things which is more acceptable rather than solo. It is learning process from others and increase self confidence as well.

whichever is required to get the work done..
