How can I manage to stop server administrator password changing everytime once login wipaq wi200.exe? Is there any permanently solution?

Password never expire , Group policy account policy :)

in active directory select administrator account and go to property check box password never expire

change the password policy :                                                                                                                                       windows settings >  security settings >  account policies > password policy > maximum password age > set it to  0                     (0 means never expires )
