What you think about employees basic training, is it necessary?

When an employee come to a new workplace or new job,there must be arranged an orientation and a basic training for that employee.For a new programme or new project implementation employee trainining is necessary to work properly and skillfully.

Very necessary. Its about the only guarrantee for efficieny and profit.

Basic training initiates and familiarises the new employees greatly shortening their learning curve, increasing confidence and adding performance value. Basic training is a basic requirement.

I think on job orientatin is a must before you kick off with your job and its responsibilites. 

For a new comer may be yes but for other orientation.
