Bekhouche Liamine!

To be a good linux administrator, you need to start working on cli, because server level administration doesnot recommend GUI since its consume more resources and you only find cli @ server level.

I would rate10/10 for cli.

Let me give you example, if you want to change the ip of your linx box you only update network connection information but at the backend you dont know which file it has made modification.

Although GUI will circumscribe your way of getting the grip on Linux, it's the first step to learn Linux. Since many users think that Linux is a daunting task to accomplish just because of its CLI. Try to learn both simultaneously. They all have great aspects that need to bee addressed.

For me i think the best way to learn how to deal with linux is to start by basic commande line CLI and it's less consumable in term of ressourse

In industry CLI is used, because linux is more powerfull on CLI than on GUI.

Moreover CLI is faster because it is graphically cheap. If you install software using GUI, it will take longer time than CLI.
