As a job seeker, how do you describe your experience with job boards ?

to be honest: difficult. Most Job Boards have computer programs to read your cv, and there is the biggest  problem.... you have to write to stick out so finally your cv gets read by a person and not by a program.  Also they ask different CV's in different parts of the world.. be patience.......I am..

Very good so far. I beleive that they call the shots. I try to explain my views if I can. If I can't continue, I consider it my mistake and try to fix it. If I failed, I try looking for another opprotunity.
