Out of the three you mentioned, I believe that strategic planning is the most important one, It shows you what to do, when to do it and how to do it, It's a basic map that you need to use to get to achieve your goals and reach the level you desire, whither you were marketing a product or a service it's critical to have an idea where you're going with your digital media campaign, using the right tools and social media channels will get you there much much faster, especially when you have it all planned out already instead of having to come up with ideas as you go.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR DIGITAL MARKETING
The single common denominator is the art of digital market is CONTENT DEVLOPMENT. From my experience, that is one of the essential skills any digital marketer should have or develop. You must know how to write contents for your marketing campaigns.
While, at some point, you may want to outsource content writing to freelancers, if you don't even know a good content from fluff, your any freelancer can deliver 'anything' to you - and your marketing and results (sales) will suffer.
Knowledge of web trafic generation is a must.
Another essential skill for a digital marketer is tracking and analytics. You need to know how to set goals for your marketing, as well as know how to track them.
Speed of implementation is also essential - if it takes you forever to implement a marketing campaign, you may find that a particular strategy has become innefective by the time you're getting ready to use it.
Finally, you need to have a mindset of knowing what's working and not (through analytics and tracking) and also know when to ditch the innefective strategies.
Exactly like what Mr.Salah mentioned, the Strategic planning would be the main point of start, and even to follow-up with your digital marketing path, so you have to concentrate on it, however you should not ignore the keys of team technical skills, + the overall project management.
