To contribute towards the organization's objectives is an obligation of each and every employee and he should play an active role at his/her part to, for which he/her is hired, achieve objectives of organization. 3. Monitor and assess your progress in order to achieving your goals in a timely manner (adjustments and/or ramifications may apply)

4. Eliminate as many activities that don’t relate to achieving the organization’s objectives as you can.
