This is for Bayt team when we post questions and we invite people to answer it . There is so much restriction that many inactive never answer it.

How can we have more options as mainly i can send it people who have top ranks in speciality but many dont respond or are inactive. Only gain here we get we know who are active members who are not. Is there is better solution like we follow us can be included in answering it . Surely will make participation higher which is good for this site.

We should motivate the experts to answer the question through a follow up message if possible otherwise there is no way to convince them.

Well, You can click on every specialist and check out their profile before sending an invitation to answer, that would give you a sense of their activity and how relevant their answer would be. Personally I answer every "relevant" invitation I get, The ones I don't answer are not even near my expertise and I don't answer with " I don't know" or " I have no idea", I leave it for other specialists to answer.

I agree. Bayt might be able to come with other techniques to facilitate achieving the participants' goals.

I did not see one of the members of the site interacts with young people .. but no harm with that because we learned of information each other.

Hi Kapil, a good suggestion to give experts an incentive if they respond to your request to answer your posted question.
