What does main computer science mean to you ?

Computer science is a vast area • You need to be a specialist. • You can be a hardware specialist. You need to be an expert on laptops, desktops, printers- both inkjet and laser jet, faxes and scanners and also tablet pcs. • You can be a programmer in c, c++ • You can be a network professional with ccna certification. • Can be a Sap or even better a Cloud service professional.

Computer Science is the study which is used to learn how to use computer in our life and what are  the benefits of Computer in future. The main goal, via Computer Science we can makes our Bussiness and work palateform in soft form. Computer Science also describe the case study how we can makes artifical devices with user requirements. 

Computer Sccience means solution of each and every problem except your feelings...only thing needed is you have to use it as they named it "computer Science

computer science == what are the science wanted to understand computer ? is it hardware science ? , is it software science ?

what are the differences between computer science and computer engineering ?

both computer science and computer engineer look like has the same meaning , but at any university they must differ ! , to understand what are the differences you must look at all subjects taken at any university for computer science ? , and because I am Electrical and electronics engineer at the first place , then I got a lot of knowledge as I think at computer and network and programming , I think that computer science and computer engineer must be one field because I can't understand how can you learn software science and programming without understand CPU input and output from instruction and bus and addresses and registers and how they work and how to connect this CPU with RAM and VGA and bios EEPROM or flash nonvolatile CMOS , and all electronics starting from transistor to NAND to flip flop ..etc , To make a good program or strong program like AUTOCAD or JAVA Virtual Machine or any Compiler or Interpreter or parser you must understand a lot of things about computer and instruction set and assembly language and types of machine languages [ instruction set32 ,64 and what before like8 ,16 for old uses or old Micro-controllers  ]  , and understand about Operating systems and how they deal with software packages , and OS Kernel and how they deal with drivers software and GUI [ any distributions makers for Linux can understand that , Linux distributions became a large community and more than any one can imagine , remember the famous distributions we can't count but there are a lot of unknown or not famous distributions , all of them has one father and that is GNU/Linux and all with the same architecture and hierarchy ] , Note Ensha Allah at the near future , to be some one understand computer or administrator of any company Network Or Information Technology specialist , you must be able to make Operating system or at least know how OS parts connect to each other and how they been made .

Observe from my learn to Cisco and Hawaii routers and switches instructions , and command line shells instruction like CMD , and Bach Shell and Power-shell , I understand that those who understand how to deal with instructions can study easily programming and they can make instructions from scratch for Cisco routers or shells commands , and then you can make protocols for communication between networks and routers and servers ..etc , Protocols are just programs made by programming languages like C/C++ or any other language , If you understand how to make protocols you will know that's drivers of any hardware at any computer deals with each other with protocols programs , both network protocols and computer hardware drivers communication protocols have similar or near to similar ways , after you made a protocol you will be able to understand how kernel of any operating system deal with the hardware drivers , and then you can make drivers programs and kernel program then made operating system then you may start to realize that you want some hardware with different specifications and that will lead you to study VLSI very large scale integrated circuits or how to deal with micro-controllers and that may lead you to make processor like Intel processors or AMD processors or invent another way than cores of any processors and change instruction set of those processors ...etc

I am sorry that may seam impossible , but there is nothing called impossible Ensha Allah
