If you could change one aspect of the purchasing process, what would you change?

Automate the vendor selection process to the most possible stage to decrease or eliminate personnel preferences.

Another aspect which I wold like assigning to another department is the verdors' evaluation process.

Issue addendum  contain the new aspect changed  cancelling the previous aspect change

explain in brief the reasons behind that

ensure the addendum being brought to the attention of all suppliers concerned
