The first step is to accept the fact that not everyone is same. thus we have to use our knowledge and experience in understanding people from their point of view. Secondly, if the people belong to different cultural background the culture of acceptance should be imparted in each of the team members to respect each other's culture by making them understand that everyone's contribution is necessary for achieving the goal of the organization. Thirdly each team member should be given the needed attention and feedback so as to make them feel important.
There is a specility in all team member . Team member could not identify those characteristics well enough .
The team manager should motivate them so that these team members can work diligently
