Having CMA - Certified Management Accountant? If so, this will certainly adds to your marketability as an accountant. It will give you greater heights among others. But not having such will not totally mean you are a little less than those holding such certificate. They may not have one maybe due to other reasons acceptable. But of course certificate holder could prove easier for those who doesn't have such endorsement.
